Spending several days living simply and listening to nature is a great way to recharge your batteries and regain your strength. Short hikes or strenuous mountain treks, if desired, strengthen the body and keep you fit.
But lying in the middle of a wild meadow and watching the colorful butterflies and insects is also a joy.
If you take a few steps to the nearby viewpoint and look down into the valley, you realize that you are far away from the hustle and bustle and are having a wonderful time up here.

«This time out in the middle of nature is relaxation and contemplation. The waves sway by the sea, the wind sways here. The morning begins with fresh, spicy forest air and the birds waking up. Insects fly slowly and lizards look for the first warm spot in the sun. There is peace and quiet here! The hustle and bustle of the valley is gone and time stands still at this altitude (almost 1000m). «The alp is a place of retreat and silence. Out of the daily routine, out of the hectic and the speed. It is a wonderful place of deceleration and emphasis on the essential. hrough the simplicity of the equipment, we can bring back awareness to all our comforts that seem so self-evident. Hot water, heating, electricity, light, stove, refrigerator, warm bath, hot water, shopping around the corner. The Alp invites you to live consciously. I may think beforehand, what do I need when and in what quantity, I plan the simplest activities, because if I want to bathe I first need enough warm water. If I want to eat warm food I need a fire for cooking, even the coffee needs to be planned. All this is an excellent opportunity and invitation to create awareness in our lives. What do I really need to live and what can and must I do without. I am limited to the essentials. Every activity needs to be done carefully and mindfully. The alp is also a wonderful place for focusing on the now. The care of Rosa-Maria is a gift for every guest, as she not only offers this life as a possibility, but can truly celebrate it, keeping in mind and with great attentiveness all the concerns that make this place this very special experience. An experience that leaves its mark and can change one’s life in a lasting way. It shows impressively how much appreciation we can take back into our everyday life, which fills us with joy every day.
