Who am I
My name is Rosa-Maria Rykart-Schildknecht – plant eater, secret keeper, helicopter pilot, yogin (female form of yogi, which also means sorceress), nature-loving temporary hermit and lover of the present moment. I live in harmony with the elements of peace & tranquillity, fire & nature. For me, success does not mean title or status – but the deep, quiet happiness of being completely in my center and staying there.
My professional journey has been colorful, multifaceted and always characterized by one unifying element: people. After training as a pastry chef-confectioner, my path took me from management positions in the catering industry to responsibility for six branches with 30 employees and Team Manager Europe at an international company. An exciting path with lots of responsibility, growth and encounters. During this time, I was also able to develop as a specialist manager and apprentice trainer – roles that enabled me to support and strengthen others and accompany them on their journey.
At the same time, I have continued to develop – not only professionally, but also at the level of consciousness. I was able to learn from Dale Carnegie and Toastmasters, experience Matrix Inform with Björn Hede, became a causal coach according to Kurt Tepperwein and Nada, a coach for successful desires according to Pierre Franckh and immersed myself in various languages such as English, Italian and Greek.
Today I follow my inner call. I accompany people – gently, honestly and intuitively – on the path back to themselves, to their own truth and inner stillness. Because that’s where it all begins.
“For me, success is not a goal, but a state: when heart, soul and spirit sing in unison.”
